Responsibilities:

- Utilize your exceptional skills in identifying, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various technical positions.
Build strong relationships with candidates, nurturing them for current and future job opportunities.
- Professionally represent our company while communicating with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective recruiting methodologies, infrastructure, and procedures to attract top-tier talent.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our advanced applicant tracking system.

What You Bring:

o Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
Proven experience with social networking and other sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
o Strong relationship-building skills to establish connections with candidates and maintain long-term relationships.
o Proficiency in PC skills, including Outlook and Google search.
o Tenacity, persistence, and creativity to go the extra mile in finding exceptional candidates even when faced with challenges.
