Technical Solution Architect (Databricks) | About You  

As a Technical Solution Architect (Databricks), you are responsible for designing and delivering modern data solutions that enable organizations to fully leverage the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. You are passionate about combining data architecture, governance, and advanced analytics to help clients unlock the full value of their data. You thrive on bringing clarity to complex challenges, whether that's unifying data across systems, enabling AI and ML through Mosaic AI, or ensuring strong governance and democratization of data. You excel in client-facing conversations, providing technical expertise and building trust, while remaining hands-on to architect and implementing scalable solutions. You are energized by opportunities to shape strategy, drive execution, and showcase the transformative power of Databricks. 

Technical Solution Architect (Databricks) | Day-to-Day  

• Design and implement scalable data and solution architectures leveraging Databricks Lakehouse Platform. 
• Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable Databricks solutions. 
• Participate in pre-sales calls and client workshops, providing technical insights and recommendations. 
• Deliver hands-on solution design and Databricks development, ensuring data governance, scalability, and best practices. 
• Drive project execution, aligning stakeholders and guiding teams toward successful delivery without direct people management. 
• Collaborate across engineering, analytics, and business teams to promote data democratization and innovation. 

Technical Solution Architect (Databricks) | Skills & Experience  

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, solution architecture, or related roles. 
• Proven, hands-on expertise with Databricks Lakehouse Platform and related cloud-based data technologies. 
• Strong background in data architecture, solution design, and enterprise-scale data management. 
• Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices to ensure compliance, quality, and security. 
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients, lead technical conversations, and translate technical solutions into business impact. 
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
