TECHNICAL WRITER III

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and accurately. As a Technical Writer, you will work closely with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to create documentation that supports our projects, programs, and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, and system guides.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Create clear, concise, and well-organized content for various audiences, including technical and non-technical users.
  • Standardize content across platforms and media.
  • Update and revise existing documentation to reflect changes and improvements in products or services.
  • Use graphical and multimedia tools to enhance documentation.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of templates and style guides.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to understand and document technical concepts and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using documentation tools and software (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Familiarity with various publishing formats (web-based, PDFs, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience with version control systems.
