A bit about you: You are reliable, dependable, and consistently punctual, arriving prepared with a thoughtful plan for the day. With strong communication skills, you confidently share daily updates and seamlessly manage transitions during pass-offs. You are engaging and enthusiastic, able to keep the children excited about exploring and discovering new things. As a family, we prioritize screen-free time, so you excel at planning and interacting with children at their level through creative and meaningful activities. You love spending time outdoors, regardless of the season, and embrace the joys of winter play. Hands-on and attentive, you create a nurturing environment where our children feel valued and connected—and they’ll show their appreciation with plenty of hugs!
Job Duties: The primary focus of this role is providing attentive and loving care to our children. The day begins with preparing and serving breakfast, followed by getting the kids ready for the day. Mornings are filled with playtime, which is typically child-led but should include opportunities for learning and development through engaging activities.
After lunch, the nanny will assist with cleaning up from the morning’s activities and transitioning the youngest child to nap time while guiding the oldest into quiet time. During this period, we’d appreciate help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a tidy home. Once those tasks are complete, the nanny is welcome to take a well-deserved break.
When nap time is over, it’s back to playtime, creating fun and engaging moments with the children. The afternoon wraps up with a snack before the day comes to a close.
Position Highlights : Guaranteed 40 hours and competitive pay
Qualifications : Experience with children the same age as ours and a few years of full-time nanny experience.

Schedule: Starting February 24th, Monday to Friday from 8:30-4:30 pm, for at least 3-4 months with the potential to turn into a long-term position.
