Are you an experienced Car Wash Chemical Sales Professional with a hunter’s mindset and a passion for building long-term client relationships?
We’re seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow our footprint in a thriving industry. This is a fully remote role with travel throughout your assigned territory, where you'll work hands-on with car wash owners, operators, and distributors to sell industry-leading cleaning and chemical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Expand and manage your territory by growing existing accounts and acquiring new car wash customers from a pre-qualified target list.
Educate customers on chemical dosing systems, cost-per-wash optimization, and efficient reorder practices.
Conduct in-field product demonstrations to highlight the performance and value of our full range of professional car wash chemicals.
Cross-sell complementary products and drive volume growth by helping customers streamline their chemical usage and increase wash quality.
Prepare quotes, manage pricing negotiations, and close deals that create long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate CRM records: sales calls, orders, demos, travel expenses, and follow-ups.
Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and customer visits.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to support overall regional growth goals.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, specifically in car wash chemical sales.
Strong working knowledge of cost-per-wash metrics, dosing equipment, and chemical application techniques.
Proven ability to demonstrate products, train clients, and cross-sell solutions.
Track record of success in territory sales, including both account management and new business development.
Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
Must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in the field.
