Position: Territory Sales Representative – Industrial Supplies (Mobile Model)
Location: Remote (United States) – Field-based with company-provided vehicle
Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 base + uncapped commissions

This is not your typical inside sales gig. You’ll be the front-line for a national industrial-supply leader—driving a fully stocked mobile sales rep vehicle, meeting clients face-to-face, owning your territory, and making your own schedule. What you’ll own
Use your branded mobile store (van) to visit manufacturing, maintenance and service-clients across your territory.
Conduct proactive sales calls, product demos, service visits—and close new business.
Manage inventory, monitor reorders, ensure excellent client satisfaction.
Build long-term relationships and become the trusted advisor for your clients.
Set your daily plans: route, calls, follow-ups. Own the schedule.
What you bring
Entrepreneurial mindset: self-disciplined, driven, and comfortable working independently.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
Valid driver’s license + comfort driving in field sales model.
Experience preferred in outside/field sales (industrial, manufacturing, MRO) — but grit, coachability and drive matter more.
Comfortable with remote work, travel across territory and managing your day-to-day.
