Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements.

• Perform functional and non-functional testing (e.g., regression, performance, user acceptance).

• Execute manual or automated tests to ensure the software meets both business and technical requirements.

• Facilitate UAT sessions by helping business users test and validate the solution before production.

• Perform both positive and negative testing according to the scenario.

• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on the progress of testing, issues, and resolutions.

• Maintain traceability of business requirements through testing to ensure all requirements are met.

• Document test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to the team.

Mandatory skills

Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies and tools.

Ability to clearly convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to spot discrepancies between requirements and the proposed solution.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and address issues.
