Candidate be able to clear commercial title, provide excellent client service, as well as develop relationships with attorneys, lenders, surveyors. NY/PA/NJ experience required. National experience a huge plus. Fast paced position in a busy work environment. Excellent pay & benefits available. Highly organized applicants preferred.
