• Providing support to Director
• Assisting in daily function of the office and the center as a whole
• Maintaining files and dealing with other support tasks
• Keeping an inventory of office supplies
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Completing intake for prospective families
• Scheduling meetings/tours and managing calendars

• Relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative position
• Flexibility and the capacity to prioritize new tasks and new systems
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent writing skills – strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills
• Customer service
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.)
