Job Description:
We are seeking talented and motivated US IT Technical Recruiters to join our growing team in Hyderabad. As a US IT Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our clients in the US market.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
Candidate Management: Build strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate pipelines and track key metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness.
Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and timelines.
Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and candidate status.
Onboarding: Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Onboard experienced and quality candidates onto companies' W-2 payroll.
Compliance:Stay updated on immigration and compliance regulations to ensure smooth onboarding and visa processes.
Qualifications:
0-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the US market.
Strong understanding of the US IT industry and technical roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
