Job Summary: Grogan's Towne Chrysler Jeep Dodge is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual for the position of Used Car Sales Associate in our Toledo, Ohio dealership. This full-time, commission-only position offers the opportunity to work in the exciting and fast-paced auto industry, while providing a highly competitive compensation package. Compensation & Benefits: As a Used Car Sales Associate at Grogan's Towne Chrysler Jeep Dodge, you will have the potential to earn up to $80,000 per year through your commission on sales. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company. Responsibilities:

• Prospect leads and approach potential customers to generate new business
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our used car inventory
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget
• Negotiate and finalize sales transactions, including vehicle financing and warranties
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
• Meet monthly sales targets and goals set by management
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in commission-oriented sales role, preferably in the auto industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
