We currently have opportunities available for New and Used Car Sales Associates. Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have a drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard. The key responsibilities for this position include providing test drives, explaining product performance, and following up with clients to encourage repeat business. We offer an extensive benefits program and opportunities for advancement. Training available, 1 year of sales experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dedication to guaranteeing satisfaction of customers
Providing test drives
Explanation of product performance
Attends product and sales training courses
Maintain a follow up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Texas driver’s license
Must be eligible to work in the US
Pass drug test, MVR, and criminal background check
Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
Automotive and/or military experience a plus
