Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Graphic Design, Digital Product Design, or related field
• 4+ years in a UX design role for software and web applications
• A portfolio of client work in the digital product design space
• Demonstrate understanding of user-centered design, web and mobile app principles, and the value of user testing/feedback
• Firm understanding of UX best practices
• Experience using digital design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, or Sketch
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience presenting creative vision and recommendations to clients.
• Strong knowledge and personal use of Sketch App, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as Invision or Principle
• Ability to manage your time, tasks, and adhere to deadlines
• Experience working across disciplines, and advanced skills in proactively identifying issues and solutions
