The US base salary range for this full-time position is $178,000-$265,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more aboutbenefits at Google ( . **Responsibilities** + Lead a group of researchers in collecting and analyzing data on AI experiences across various products. + Cultivate a strong team culture and act as a primary coach for team members. + Establish a decisive user-centered point of view to guide product strategy. + Guide researchers to translate data into strategic insights that help Search leadership (SVPs, VPs) prioritize critical gaps and opportunities in AI model quality. + Partner closely with the data science team to triangulate insights from human and machine evaluation programs.
