Are you a creative video producer with a passion for business storytelling and brand building? 

This is a unique opportunity for an exceptionally talented video producer to build our client Nectar’s (nectarhr.com) digital media presence. We’re looking for a strong creative to lead the building out of Nectar’s YouTube presence and content strategy…from ideation, to format development, to producing and editing. You’ll be at the forefront of showcasing Nectar’s brand to the world and will have an unbelievable impact.

Nectar is a software company that enables businesses to create cultures that people won’t want to leave. Their innovative, industry-leading approach is breaking the mold of how companies think about employee recognition and rewards. Rather than outdated, top-down recognition, Nectar instead focuses on peer-to-peer recognition tied to companys’ core values, with meaningful rewards. You will have an opportunity to tell Nectar’s story to the world, and spearhead a re-thinking of corporate recognition and culture.

You won’t be at it alone, either. You’ll receive YouTube specific guidance from the very same people that have grown YouTube channels to 10M subscribers & 5B views, using some of the most innovative creative formats. This will serve as an unparalleled learning experience, and you will develop an enviable skillset.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a compelling content strategy for Nectar’s YouTube channel.
• Craft videos that tell the fascinating story of Nectar’s journey, and capture the ongoing innovations and evolution within the company.
• Produce engaging, captivating narratives that showcase Nectar’s thought leadership.
• Lead the ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing processes to produce high performing YouTube content that drives business results.
• Work autonomously in a high-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience: Degree in film or 4+ years experience as a “preditor” (producer, director, editor)
• Technical Skills: Proficient with Adobe Suite, especially Premiere Pro
• Business Acumen: strong interest, curiosity, and passion for corporate brand building
• Storytelling Ability: strong ability to create highly entertaining video formats about corporate recognition and culture
• Leadership: ability to run autonomously and lead the building of a new digital media production department from scratch
• Location: must be willing to work in-office in Lehi, Utah (relocate if needed)
