M2 Strategy is seeking a highly motivated Visual Design Consultant to join our growing firm and support our government clients, commercial clients, and corporate leadership. Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing training content and materials for technical training.
  • Receiving requirements from clients and creating training workshops and modules.
  • Presenting training and development programs using various forms and formats such as group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
  • Evaluating existing training materials and methods to identify potential for improvement.
  • Designing, orchestrating, and implementing training programs for employees or clientele to help improve skills and introduce material.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and demonstrated expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience with ArcGIS Pro is preferred but not required.
  • Superb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. (Google Suite, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Instructional design and training delivery experience including writing and developing training.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to translate client subject matters to audience needs.
  • Proven experience in facilitating presentations and working groups.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Operating Status:

Most M2 positions are hybrid roles, which will require working both at clients’ work locations and teleworking.

Physical Qualification(s) Required:

  • Work is performed in an office and telework environment
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
  • Responsible for adhering to all established safety standards
