Job Description

Position: Voice Data Entry Agent

Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team and play a key role in supporting vital data enrichment tasks for a healthcare client. This position requires a commitment to high-quality work and contributing to the overall quality control process.

What You'll Do:
Handle voice or non-voice processes as needed, supporting the data enrichment tasks.
Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls with accuracy and efficiency.
Verify information provided by third-party sources using online databases to ensure correctness.
Complete data entry tasks, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
Ensure the timely and high-quality execution of all assigned tasks.
Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Ability to work independently or collaborate as part of a team.
Must have a reliable work-from-home setup.
A stable internet connection and computer proficiency are preferred.
