Job Description

Join our team as a Voice Data Entry Agent within our Data Enrichment team, supporting vital tasks for our healthcare clients. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of work quality and contributing to our quality control processes.

What You Will Do:

Handle both voice and non-voice processes as required.
Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
Verify information provided to our clients by third-party entities using online databases for cross-checking.
Review and complete defined Enrichment Tasks as per client training.
Perform tasks including data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow-ups with state boards for statuses.
Ensure tasks are executed promptly and with high quality.
Fulfill additional duties as required by the Company.

Qualifications:

Experience in outbound or inbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Available to work 40 hours per week starting immediately.
Adaptable and flexible, capable of handling process and information changes.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Comfortable with a work-from-home setup and possess a stable internet connection.
Computer proficiency is preferred.
