Job Description

ICAFe Inc. is a leader in the distribution of fluid handling equipment and specializes in the design and engineering of fluid handling systems for the automotive and general industry. ICAFe is excited to bring on a new Warehouse Associate. 

ICAFe is looking to add a full-time warehouse associate to our team in our Waukesha, WI location. The warehouse associate will pull orders then ship and receive our products by UPS, FedEx, Speedee, DHL, Trucking companies, and some pick up/delivery with a company vehicle. They will oversee the inventory quantities and stock remaining parts. 

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities : 

• Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material.
• Pick and package parts for shipment.
• Count and manage inventory of supplies and stock as needed.
• Data entry of received and shipped materials into accounting system.
• Obtain order status updates from vendors.
• Communicate order status information to customers.
• Provide support to other members of the warehouse department as needed.
• Limited equipment assembly.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Warehouse Associate skills and requirements : 

• High school diploma or equivalent .
• Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Products experience is required, proficiency is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and customer awareness skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to become certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
