The Loading Monitor works under minimal supervision at a customer site preparing tractor trailers to receive waste loads and overseeing the proper loading of non-hazardous waste onto tractor trailers.
+ Monitor the flow of waste being loaded inside tractor trailer.
+ Instruct Driver when to move the tractor trailer to ensure evenly distributed loading of trailer.
+ Complete log entries, recording times, weights, activities, and staff details.
+ Responsible for maintaining clean work area by sweeping and power washing trailer interior and surrounding bay(s) as needed.
+ Place plastic liners inside empty trailers prior to loading of waste.
+ Transport delivered liners to storage area.
+ Follow all health and safety and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures.
+ Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
Pay $21.00 hourly
**Basic Required Qualifications:**
+ Willingness and ability to work a variable schedule which may include holidays and weekends (scheduled in advance)
+ Willingness and ability to wear company provided personal protection equipment including eye protection, steel toed shoes, hard hat, gloves, etc.
+ Ability to climb stairs repeatedly throughout workday
+ Willing and able to work in all climate conditions
+ Ability to bend, stand, and traverse uneven surfaces
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in environmental disposal
+ Ability to deal politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers
+ Ability to follow directions or instructions
+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on occasion
+ Ability to work independently without immediate supervision
+ Ability to use a computer to communicate, create, and access information
