ArrowFeather Logistics Solutions is a fast-growing U.S. logistics company specializing in warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution. We currently operate over 100,000 sq. ft. of self-owned warehouses in Pomona and Irwindale, California — with more locations on the way.

Our business is built on long-term partnerships and stable growth. We handle e-commerce and Amazon FBA operations for a wide range of clients, from small online brands to global sellers. We’re expanding quickly and looking for passionate people to grow with us.

Position: Warehouse Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who’s ready to take ownership of daily operations and lead a strong, motivated team. This role focuses on efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork — no client chasing, just operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all daily warehouse activities: receiving, picking, packing, shipping.
• Manage FBA replenishment and transfers; coordinate Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and FBM orders.
• Plan and optimize storage layout and workflow to improve efficiency.
• Lead a team of 8–10 staff members — handle scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Track inventory data and work with logistics partners to resolve shipment issues.
• Monitor key metrics like accuracy, productivity, and shipping timeliness.
• Support ongoing improvements in warehouse processes and systems.

仓库经理是仓储运营的核心岗位，负责仓库的日常运营、团队管理及流程优化。无需担心业务拓展，只需专注于让仓库运行更高效、更准确、更安全。

主要职责

• 统筹日常仓库运营，包括收货、拣货、打包、发货等工作；
• 负责 Amazon FBA 补货与跨仓调拨，以及 Shopify、Walmart、eBay 等平台订单履约；
• 规划库位布局，优化空间利用率与作业流程；
• 管理 8–10 人的仓库团队，安排排班、培训及绩效考核；
• 确保现场作业安全，符合 OSHA 安全标准；
• 跟进库存与运输情况，协调货代与物流合作伙伴；
• 监控运营指标（如出货准确率、发货及时率等），持续提升效率；
• 参与仓储系统与流程的优化升级。

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of warehouse management or team lead experience (e-commerce preferred).
• Familiar with Amazon FBA and general fulfillment operations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with WMS/ERP systems and Excel.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
• Must have legal U.S. work authorization.
