Job Description

• Responsible for material receiving, issuing and warehouse processes associated with the storage and management of warehouse materials.
• Evaluate storage requirements for materials in the warehouse, and ensure materials are stored properly.
• Responsible for all warehouse activities involving loading and unloading, tagging, identification, storage, use and distribution of maintained materials.
• Ensure environmental, health, safety and security practices are always followed leading to zero incidents.
• Conduct SAP inventory transactions for material movements and for reporting accurate inventory maintaining appropriate documentation.
• General custodial housekeeping duties and material preservation.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, consumable and facility levels and ensure that the warehouse is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Conduct periodic counts of inventory to ensure accuracy, update systems and investigate discrepancies.
• Pick-up and/or delivery materials as needed
• Provide data related to warehouse operations and assist in analysis to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Accomplish the material management procedure and contribute to the improvement of warehouse and inventory management process.
