Position Overview - Web Designer: At demandDrive, we believe remarkable talent, enthusiasm, and creative thinking equal great work. We are searching for a Web Designer who shares those values and is ready to make the next leap in their career. Our Designers collaborate with our VP of Design, copywriters, developers, and digital marketing specialists on a wide variety of web builds, marketing campaigns, and other digital projects. We are looking for someone self-motivated, a critical and creative thinker, and passionate about what they do inside and outside the walls of demandDrive. Most of all, the ideal candidate genuinely has fun using their creativity to solve business problems for our clients and our team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Design creative and purposeful web experiences, marketing campaign assets, and digital interfaces for clients across a wide variety of industries and verticals.
- Work with members of the strategy and dev teams to wireframe, design, and prototype digital experiences.
- Concisely present your work both internally and to clients.
- Translate client feedback into tangible, executable revisions.
- Execute deliverables that you’re proud of and help you grow professionally and personally.
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years’ professional experience (Digital Agency experience is a plus).
- Strong portfolio and digital work examples (website designs, wireframes, marketing assets).
- Experience working with Figma.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of best practice web design, UI/UX, branding, and graphic design.
- Comfort with creating wireframes and design mockups from a given design direction.
- Creative philosophy and passion - love what you do and bring that with you.
- A great sense of humor.
It's a plus if you have...
- Development experience (front and/or backend for web or standalone application).
- Knowledge and ability in Illustration and/or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, 3D and other animation).
- Have design skills that extend beyond digital into branding, print, typography, etc.
- Previous digital agency experience.
