Job Summary:
We are seeking a Wedding Sales Representative to join our remote team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will manage and engage leads provided by our team, make outbound calls, and handle follow-ups via text and email to guide prospective clients through the initial stages of our wedding planning process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to connect with clients and be a key part of our lead management process.

Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to assigned leads by phone, email, and text to engage potential clients and share our wedding planning services.
Answer occasional inbound calls/voicemails (expected to be minimal, approximately 1 per week).
Manage follow-ups with leads via text using OpenPhone and through email to maintain warm and engaged client relationships.
Use Honeybook to track lead status, schedule follow-up actions, and send customized proposals and contracts.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions in Google Sheets.
Collaborate closely with other team members to provide a cohesive and consistent client experience, highlighting our team approach.
Stay informed about industry trends and familiarize yourself with Dallas/Fort Worth to assist clients effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience in sales or client management, ideally within the wedding or event industry.
Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional phone demeanor and the ability to connect meaningfully via text and email.
Proficiency in CRM software (Honeybook preferred), Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail in managing client information and follow-ups.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable in a remote work environment.
Willingness to learn about the Dallas/Fort Worth area to better serve and advise potential clients.
