Job Summary:
We are seeking a Wedding Sales Representative to join our remote team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will manage and engage leads provided by our team, make outbound calls, and handle follow-ups via text and email to guide prospective clients through the initial stages of our wedding planning process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to connect with clients and be a key part of our lead management process.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to assigned leads by phone, email, and text to engage potential clients and share our wedding planning services.
  • Answer occasional inbound calls/voicemails (expected to be minimal, approximately 1 per week).
  • Manage follow-ups with leads via text using OpenPhone and through email to maintain warm and engaged client relationships.
  • Use Honeybook to track lead status, schedule follow-up actions, and send customized proposals and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions in Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to provide a cohesive and consistent client experience, highlighting our team approach.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and familiarize yourself with Dallas/Fort Worth to assist clients effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or client management, ideally within the wedding or event industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional phone demeanor and the ability to connect meaningfully via text and email.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Honeybook preferred), Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in managing client information and follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable in a remote work environment.
  • Willingness to learn about the Dallas/Fort Worth area to better serve and advise potential clients.
