We’re looking for a Workday Reporting expert to join our Reporting team.
Responsibilities Include
Lead report requirements/architect sessions
Help customers understand Workday reporting tools
Design, develop, test, and migrate reports as part of Workday implementations
Act as the Workday Reporting lead for Workday implementations
Stay current with new Workday reporting and analytics advancements
Continue to develop your expertise in Workday reporting and analytics
Maintain your Workday reporting certifications
Mentor junior consultants and peers in reporting concepts
Advise customers on Workday report design and development
Support innovation through the creation of new tools, content, and methods
Desired Experience And Skills
Experience being a Workday Reporting Lead on Workday HCM and Financials implementations
Intermediate to advanced-level experience designing and writing reports in Workday or similar large-scale ERP systems
Intermediate to advanced-level experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting Workday Advanced Reports, Workday Matrix Reports and Workday Composite Reports
Knowledge of Workday configuration across multiple Workday functional modules including, but not limited to foundation, security, business processes, and implementation tools
Experience with Workday Dashboards
Experience leading requirements/architect sessions, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying reporting solutions to meet customer requirements
Proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment, but also a self-starter who can take on new challenges and work independently
Prior Consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Consultant or above role, preferably with a medium to large consulting firm
Ability to work with multiple customers at the same time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
Experience with Workday Prism Analytics
Current Workday Advanced Reporting certification
Prism Certification Desired
Prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday Partner
Experience with Workday Discovery Boards
Experience with Workday Worksheets
Experience with BIRT
