Revive Caring is a mobile wound care group, providing care to our geriatric patients in New York and New Jersey now seeking an NP or PA who is willing to travel within a vast area in Brooklyn, NY. Revive Caring providers go to the home of the patient, providing a continuum of care for those who are in need of wound care and have limited mobility. Revive Caring hires the most qualified and dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to try to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care by a team they know and trust. Requirements:

Open to travel within Brooklyn, NY
Valid NP or PA license in the state of NY
Bilingual to Hebrew- highly preferred
No experience needed! We provide training.
