We're seeking a talented WPS Advisor to join our team and support the National Guard Bureau in implementing the Women, Peace, and Security Act. As a Remote WPS Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in promoting gender inclusivity and addressing gender-based violence within the military.

What you'll do:

Provide expert advice: Offer insights on gender analysis and human security issues.
Develop and implement strategies: Create and execute plans to integrate WPS principles into military operations.
Build relationships: Collaborate with stakeholders across the National Guard and other organizations.
Conduct research and analysis: Gather data and prepare reports on WPS-related topics.
Represent the National Guard: Participate in conferences, meetings, and events.
