POSITION SUMMARY
Transport customer vehicles during the shipping process throughout the campus to predetermined areas in a safe, timely orderly fashion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Transport cars to specifically identified lot locations as determined by paperwork and or computer directions.
• Follow all Process Instructions as documented unless otherwise directed by your immediate Supervisor or Offline Support Teammate.
• Document every car for process completion.
• Observe and comply with ALL road directional signs and lights.
• Obey ALL Safety aspects of operating a motor vehicle.
• Comply with all pedestrian traffic rules.
• Observe drivers/process areas to ensure that we are being proactive in preventing mutilation.
• Employee may be assigned to different or additional functions within redi-Group’s field of activity based on his/her training or abilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Must be able to detect vehicle identification numbers, accurately match them to documentation and precisely communicate them to other associates.
• Must be able to stay stationary/move for up to 10 hours per shift
• Able to stretch/reach repeatedly throughout the course of the 10 hrs. shift.
• Use repetitive motion for entering and exiting a car for an average of 75 repetitions per shift.
• Able to perform overhead work occasionally.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Working in an environment that is subject to climate changes involving rain, high heat, freezing temperatures, or excessive winds.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
• High school diploma/GED, preferred.
• Good verbal English communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
HOURS AND PAY RATE
A Shift - 7am-5:40pm $15.75 an hour
B Shift - 7:30pm-6:10am $16.75 an hour
