The Role:
We’re looking for a YouTube Script Writer to develop engaging scripts for a weekly educational podcast. Each episode runs for 7 minutes (~800 words). You’ll be responsible for transforming various topics into easy-to-understand, captivating scripts tailored for a YouTube audience with a keen focus on retention and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and write weekly scripts
• Capture the host’s tone of voice and collaborate on notes
• Iterate based on performance metrics to maximize engagement
Qualifications:
• Experience writing for YouTube, ideally educational content
• Strong understanding of YouTube audience retention tactics
• Ability to meet ongoing deadlines
This is a contract, work-from-anywhere role with a flexible schedule.
