The Role:
Were looking for acreativeYouTube Thumbnails Designer to craft irresistible thumbnails for multiple YouTube channels. This contract position involves designing visually compelling thumbnails that align with each brands guidelines and target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design visually compelling onbrand thumbnails that drive clicks
Test and iterate designs based on clickthrough rates (CTR) and other performance metrics
Stay updated on YouTube trends and best practices
Qualifications:
Experiencedesigning effective YouTube thumbnails
Understanding of YouTubes algorithm and thumbnail best practices
Ability to work efficiently and meet ongoing deadlines
