This position is responsible for the maintenance and repairs to Menard owned equipment. The hours are Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform mechanical repairs to semi- trailers.
· Diagnose problems.
· Troubleshoot mechanical issues.
· Perform accurate and timely repairs.
· Look for additional repairs beyond what’s listed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Some sort of direct mechanical experience or an accredited technician degree
· Provide their own tools
· Must be reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask
· Parts knowledge
· Must be able to take direction from management
· Must be able to work independently
· Able to lift 40lbs. occasionally
