Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. This role requires a creative, analytical, and results-driven individual who can effectively handle multiple campaigns to drive growth and engagement.

Schedule : Mon to Fri - 9 AM EST

10 - 20 Hours / week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest (Required).

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives.

• Create reports and communicate performance metrics effectively.

• Utilize Asana for ticket management (preferred but not required).

• Familiarity with Triplewhale for analytics and reporting (preferred but not required).

Requirements

• Proven experience with Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest Ads.
• Available to work in EST time zone
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Asana and Triplewhale is a plus but not mandatory.
