Now Hiring: After-School & Camp Program Lead at Quilla Academy!

Are you passionate about working with school-age children and creating engaging enrichment experiences? Quilla Academy is looking for a dedicated After-School & Camp Program Lead to manage and enhance our after-school and school break camp programs!

Position Details:

• Pay: $15 per hour
• Schedule: Afternoon hours during the school year, full-day shifts during school breaks. Additional hours up to full time available during the school year in other roles if desired.
• Location: Quilla Academy

Duties

Key Responsibilities:

? Teach and supervise pre-k and elementary-age students in after-school and camp settings
? Plan and implement engaging daily enrichment activities for multiple age groups
? Organize field trips, special events, and seasonal camp programs
? Design and maintain a fun, safe, and welcoming after-school/camp space
? Oversee staff assignments to ensure proper ratios and activity participation
? Foster a positive, structured environment for students and staff

Requirements

Qualifications:

?? Experience working in after-school and/or camp programs
?? Leadership experience in a childcare, education, or recreation setting
?? Strong organizational and communication skills
?? Creativity and enthusiasm for child-centered programming
?? Ability to manage multiple groups and lead staff effectively
?? Basic knowledge of and experience with Google Drive
