**CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - RPA position for our client.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 11 months **Duties:** + Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications, including Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Records, Reports, Rules, and Web APIs. + Build and manage Appian integrations with external systems and data sources. + Develop and optimize SQL scripts (DDL/DML) to support application functionality and performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and efficient workflow automation solutions. + Connect external databases from Appian and ensure seamless data access. + Design and develop custom email templates and generate PDF templates. + Optimize and troubleshoot existing Appian applications for performance and scalability. + Ensure adherence to Appian best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. + Apply knowledge of Appian advanced concepts to enhance application functionality. **Skills:** + Required: Appian toolset, Business Analysis (BA) skillset, Testing skillset, C# and SQL Server skillset + Nice to have: SQL Server, C# .NET **Experience:** + Proven experience in developing and deploying Appian applications with complex integrations. + Strong understanding of SQL, database connectivity, and workflow automation processes. + Hands-on experience in designing custom templates, generating PDFs, and optimizing application performance. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
