We're looking for an EXPERIENCED SERVICE ADVISOR to join our team at FRIENDSHIP CJDR of FOREST CITY. Our ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated, and enjoy working with people! What You'll Do:

• Promptly greet customers to obtain contact and vehicle information
• Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns
• Determine and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs
• Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services
• Monitor the service process and update customers frequently
• Communicate completed services and charges to customers
• Verify invoices and repair orders
• Assist Service Manager as needed

Qualification Checklist:

• 1+ years experience with verifiable success in a Service Advisor role
• A strong focus on providing the best customer service around
• Excellent communication skills, both written and in person
• The ability to work well in a process-driven environment
• The desire to work in a fast paced position
• A focus on detail and organization
• A professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation for this position is driven by incentives and commission and includes guaranteed monthly income.
