We seek an ambitious attorney to join our Estate and Succession Planning Team . If you want to build a career in estate planning and trust administration, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with a powerhouse team of estate planning attorneys.
• Develop sophisticated estate plans, manage complex trust administrations, and assist in family business succession planning.
• Be involved in high-stakes tax controversies and estate and trust litigation.
• Draft intricate legal documents and prepare estate and gift tax returns.
• Communicate directly with clients to ensure their goals are met, providing clear and timely updates.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, licensed to practice law in Florida.
• LLM in Taxation highly preferred or strong experience/coursework in tax law.
•  Self-starter who thrives both independently and in a collaborative team.

Benefits:

Compensation:

• $125,000 to $190,000, commensurate with experience and education
