Job Description

We seek an ambitious attorney to join our Estate and Succession Planning Team . If you want to build a career in estate planning and trust administration, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with a powerhouse team of estate planning attorneys.
Develop sophisticated estate plans, manage complex trust administrations, and assist in family business succession planning.
Be involved in high-stakes tax controversies and estate and trust litigation.
Draft intricate legal documents and prepare estate and gift tax returns.
Communicate directly with clients to ensure their goals are met, providing clear and timely updates.

What We’re Looking For:

A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, licensed to practice law in Florida.
LLM in Taxation highly preferred or strong experience/coursework in tax law.
Self-starter who thrives both independently and in a collaborative team.

Compensation:

$125,000 to $190,000, commensurate with experience and education
