Job Title: Automation Anywhere RPA Tech Lead

Location: Remote (Need-based travel to Baltimore, MD)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere RPA Tech Lead to join our client s digital automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading RPA solution design, development, and implementation using Automation Anywhere while guiding client and delivery teams to achieve business automation goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end RPA solution design, development, testing, and deployment using Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred) .

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize automation opportunities.

  • Translate business processes into detailed RPA solution designs and technical documentation.

  • Ensure adherence to RPA design principles , coding standards, and best practices.

  • Conduct feasibility assessments for new automation opportunities.

  • Manage code review, testing, and production deployment processes.

  • Support integration with other enterprise systems and tools as needed.

  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the RPA development team.

  • Drive process improvements, scalability, and performance optimization across RPA solutions.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure business continuity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in RPA using Automation Anywhere (v11 & A360) .

  • Strong knowledge of RPA architecture, design patterns, and governance frameworks .

  • Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale RPA solutions.

  • Hands-on expertise in creating and managing bots, control room operations, and bot lifecycle management.

  • Proficiency with SQL , Excel Macros , and basic scripting languages (VBScript, Python, or JavaScript).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to Have:
  • Certification in Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional or Master RPA Professional .

  • Experience integrating RPA with AI/ML, OCR, or BPM tools.

  • Exposure to Agile or DevOps-based delivery environments.
