Automotive Repair Sales Manager

Master Techs Auto Repair has a great position for an experienced sales manager with at least 2 years of experience. Master Techs is a 12-year, successful, trusted, family-owned and operated repair shop that works on classic cars to the latest models. This established repair facility offers the best to its customers and employees.

$2,500 bonus is offered for bringing your best technician with you!

Job duties include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
• Review pricing estimates with customers and explains repairs and times 
• Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
• Ensure complete vehicle inspections are completed by technicians timely
• Deliver and review pricing estimates with customers
• Open and close store
• Follow up, follow-through, follow back all online appts and quotes
• Manage technician hours, production, and cleanliness of shop and shop equipment
• Maintain inventory counts
• Keep organized POs, returns, and core credits
• Maintain Showroom to be clean and tidy
• Possible other duties depending on need and pay
