Located close to Laurel MD near the RT 32 exit off the BWI Parkway / Fort Meade

We're now hiring experienced Barista / Beer Tenders! We are a unique Brewery with an attached Coffeehouse that is looking for great people with upbeat personalities to work both the beer and coffee bar. Wage plus tip pooling amounts to no less than $22 per hour. Many available shifts open from 6:30am to 11pm. Closed Sundays. 20-35 hours per week.

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, pour craft beers and a limited amount of mixed drinks. Paid Training Provided!
• Properly handle and maintain all equipment.
• Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures.
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings.
• Observe relevant health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• Strong ability to multi-task.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to problems solves quickly.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
