Game Management Schedule and organize the basketball team's game schedule to ensure the smooth running of the games. Make tactical arrangements and personnel adjustments during games to deal with different opponents and game situations. Analyze game videos, summarize game experience and formulate improvement measures. Player Development Evaluate players' skill level and potential, and formulate targeted development programs. Provide psychological counseling and motivation to help players overcome difficulties and challenges. Track players' progress and changes, and make timely adjustments to training programs and development goals. Team Management and Communication Establish and maintain a good team atmosphere to promote cooperation and communication among players. Maintain contact with players' parents and communicate in a timely manner about players' practices and games.
