Maintenance & Repair Worker
Location: Weston, Fl
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18/hour
Bilingual Required: English & Spanish
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Maintenance & Repair Worker. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in keeping facilities and equipment in good condition.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and basic repairs (interior and exterior).
Assist with small tasks including painting, fixing equipment, and other light handyman work.
Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Ability to lift, carry, and move items as needed.
Must be bilingual (English & Spanish).
