The Harvey Interactive Brand Studio is responsible for the design and development of harvey.ai and the creation of various brand assets, including icons, logos, charts, and illustrations. We also design printed marketing materials, trade show booths, and digital advertising. This is a unique opportunity to be one of the team's first members. You would work closely with our Design Director and talented external design partners.
Design brand assets for web and print
Collaborate closely with the Product and Marketing teams
Expand the brand design system and encourage consistent usage
Provide art direction for external design partners
Effectively prioritize a variety of projects
Create branded illustrations
8+ years of brand design experience
Brand design portfolio that demonstrates strong use of typography, hierarchy, color, and form
Proficient in Adobe Suite and Figma
Ability to sketch ideas and quickly ideate
Strong communication skills
Experience working at a hyper-growth startup
Motion graphics experience
Web design experience
Independent freelance experience
In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $140,000 and $200,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
