Brand Development and Marketing Specialist Job Description:

Promise Care is seeking a Brand Development and Marketing Specialist to support our growth efforts. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role will focus on marketing execution, patient referrals, and community outreach. This is a great opportunity for an early-career marketing professional looking to gain hands-on experience in healthcare marketing.

Brand Development and Marketing Specialist Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and patient acquisition.
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), creating and scheduling engaging content.
  • Design marketing materials using tools like Canva or Photoshop to ensure a strong brand presence.
  • Track and analyze social media performance and website engagement, providing insights for improvement.
  • Support patient referral initiatives by coordinating outreach efforts and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Represent Promise Care at community and industry events to increase brand visibility.
  • Assist the CMO with administrative and strategic tasks as needed.

Brand Development and Marketing Specialist Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred but not required; recent graduates with relevant internships encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for healthcare and community outreach is a plus.

Brand Development and Marketing Specialist Benefits:
