Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data for stakeholders.
• Analyze data sources for customer experience insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Assist in the design and implementation of business intelligence tools and systems.
• Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of business information.
• Prepare and present findings to senior management and other stakeholders using clear and concise language.
• Support strategic business initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations.
• Run user acceptance testing (UAT), and preparing dashboards for production environments

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar data analysis role.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
