MDE looks for exceptional childcare references that attest to strong communication skills, reliability, punctuality, maturity and high emotional intelligence.
We advocate for salaries between $25 - $45 (dependent on experience) an hour including benefits such as PTO (public holidays, sick/personal days) and healthcare stipends.
All specific duties to be negotiated with the family, but in general, you will be responsible for all child related duties.
When you decide to work with MDE, you do not sign any documents with our agency (all contracts signed directly with the family) and we never take a cut of your salary.
