MMD Long Beach , is looking for some Cannabis Sales Representative to join our 25 person strong team. Our ideal candidate a self-starter, Drivers their own vehicle with good driving record ambitious, and hard-working.
Applicants must be at least 25 years old with a clean driving record, clean criminal record, valid vehicle registration, valid auto insurance policy, rand reliable vehicle with locking trunk. Seeking professionals who are looking to grow in the industry who are dependable and outgoing. This position requires open availability, including holidays, weekends, and nights. Candidates will need to submit to a comprehensive background check and will need to provide a copy of their clean driving record from the DMV.
Position Overview: This is a Sale Representative Position.
This is a sale representative position. As sales representative you take point to help customers make purchasing decisions. Sale representatives have superior product knowledge and demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring customers are well informed and satisfied with the product that was purchased and the overall service experience. When delivery order come Sales Representatives will switch to Delivery Driver where you will pick-up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome all customers as they come into the shop within 30 seconds
• Inform the manager of any customer complaints or operational issues.
• Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis
• Keep abreast of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends etc.
• Accurately processing customers’ payments using the dispensary’s Point of Sale (POS).
• Ensure cash draw is kept organized and balanced at all times.
• Contacts customers to confirm delivery details if there any questions or discrepancies
• Collect payments from customer at the time of product delivery.
• Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations.
• Adhere to company operating policies and procedures.
• Report any accidents or injuries to Supervisors immediately.
General Responsibilities:
• Greet all customers, in a professional, friendly manner.
• Ensure the store is well maintained, stocked, and clean at all times.
• Treat co-workers with respect and look for opportunities to help others without being asked.
• Show up to work on time in appropriate attire and compliant with appearance policies.
• Possess adequate product knowledge to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 20 pounds
