Looking for experienced Chef de cuisine to lead our culinary team. Our culinary philosophy revolves around  using the finest, quality ingredients available.

Experience:

• 7 years of culinary experience in fine dining and high volume restaurant

• Food certificate

• Ability to manage a team of 15-20 kitchen staff members
• Spanish language is strongly preferred
• Computer proficient
• Budgeting skills to control costs
• Incredible food preparation abilities

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
