Commercial Flat Roofing Estimator/Project Manager
Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 DOE + Quarterly Bonuses + Robust Benefits Package
Location: Windsor, CO
Position Type: Direct Hire

How you’ll spend your time as a Commercial Flat Roofing Estimator/Project Manager:

• Meet with prospective customers to understand project needs.
• Review plans and specifications for new construction projects.
• Review potential projects to gather data for estimate, noting measurements, product requirements and other opportunities within the project.
• Prepare and present estimates for potential customers.
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the project.
• Communicate all updates and changes clearly with the customer.
• Address customer concerns.
• Assist in collecting any unpaid invoices as needed.
• Attend networking events to enhance ART’s visibility and generate new leads.
• Request referrals from satisfied customers and community contacts.

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Commercial Flat Roofing Estimator/Project Manager:

• 5+ years of Commercial Membrane/Flat Roof estimating experience.
• Proficient in Excel and
• Passion for collaboration and willingness to jump in and help a teammate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Colorado driver’s license.
• Willingness to complete background and drug screen.
