Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information residents and families my need.
- Handle special requests and arrangements for guests, including itineraries and special occasions.
- Coordinate transportation services, assisting residents with phone calls, mail, packages.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
-Assist with documentation and any requests from department leaders.
- Keep the concierge desk organized and updated with relevant materials, brochures, and resources.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a concierge, guest services, or hospitality role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse guests.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
