We are seeking a personable and dedicated Concierge to join our team at The Laurels and The Haven in Highland Creek a Terra Bella community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them with various inquiries and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Warmly welcome guests as they arrive and provide assistance throughout their stay.
- Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment based on guest preferences.
- Coordinate reservations, transportation, and special requests to accommodate guests' needs.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's services and amenities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and guest-centric experience.
- Track guest feedback and work to improve services continually.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality or service setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
